Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join our HR team as a Graduate HR Project Manager. This is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience managing projects that shape the employee experience, drive operational excellence, and support strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of HR projects across various workstreams – track progress, follow up on actions, and update project plans accordingly
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, and ensure timely reporting on project milestones
  • Identify risks (including scope creep/risks to budgets) and propose solutions to keep projects on track
  • Lead various project calls covering different stakeholder groups (e.g., twice weekly stand-up calls with the HR Technology team, weekly status report calls, weekly project calls)
  • Prepare and support with the delivery of change management and communication strategies for HR initiatives
  • Prepare and manage agendas for cadence meetings

What We’re Looking For

  • A recent graduate (or final-year student) in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • Comfortable working with data, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project Management tools
  • Strong interest in HR and making a positive impact in the workplace
