FireRite is offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Human Resources Trainee to join our growing team. Working directly with our HR Director, you will receive hands-on training and mentoring across all aspects of Human Resources, developing the knowledge and practical experience needed to build a successful career in the profession.

Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and compliance.
- Coordinating training and development initiatives.
- Assisting with policy development and employment law research.
- Producing HR reports and analysing people data.
- Building strong working relationships with managers and employees across the business.
- Providing day-to-day support to the HR Director on a wide range of HR activities and projects.
What We're Looking For
- A recent graduate (or graduating soon), ideally in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, Law, or a related subject.
- A genuine interest in developing a career in HR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
