Working directly with our HR Director, you will receive hands-on training and mentoring across all aspects of Human Resources, developing the knowledge and practical experience needed to build a successful career in the profession.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and compliance.
  • Coordinating training and development initiatives.
  • Assisting with policy development and employment law research.
  • Producing HR reports and analysing people data.
  • Building strong working relationships with managers and employees across the business.
  • Providing day-to-day support to the HR Director on a wide range of HR activities and projects.

What We're Looking For

  • A recent graduate (or graduating soon), ideally in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, Law, or a related subject.
  • A genuine interest in developing a career in HR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
