Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage and grow your inbound sales pipeline.
  • Respond promptly to enquiries from prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads and pitch Houst's services via calls and emails.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate from initial contact to signed agreement.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inbound sales, ideally in a startup or SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
  • Naturally competitive and results-driven.
  • Prior experience in sales or a client-facing role (required).
  • Familiarity with Close (CRM) is a plus.
  • Comfortable working from our London office 3x a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
  • Willingness to work occasional Saturday mornings (as part of a team rota).
