Graduate Indirect Sales Associate

Graduate Indirect Sales Associate

As a Graduate Indirect Sales Associate, you will support the development and execution of partner-led growth initiatives across assigned markets and industries. You will work closely with Industry Growth Leaders, Business Development Hub (BDHs), Partner Managers (PSMs) to identify market opportunities, support sales activities, and contribute to the growth of the indirect sales pipeline.

At Dassault Systèmes we are delighted to announce the launch of the 2026 Graduate Program for Northern Europe, a key development program for talent of the future in business roles. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop commercial, analytical, and relationship management skills while gaining exposure to market intelligence, channel sales, and customer engagement within a dynamic business environment.

Location: Warwick

Start date: Full Time from September 2026

Length: Permanent (initial 12 months will align to our Graduate Program)

Role Description & Responsibilities

Market Analysis and Growth Support

  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities with assigned industries and territories
  • Support Industry Growth Leaders in translating market insights into growth initiatives and sales actions
  • Contribute to lead management activities, progressing opportunities through the sales funnel in collaboration with internal teams and partners

Territory Intelligence and Pipeline Tracking

  • Gather and analyze market and competitive intelligence to support sales planning and partner engagement
  • Monitor partner pipeline activity and track sales opportunities across assigned territories
  • Prepare reports and provide insights to help prioritize opportunities for joint "sell-with" (co-sell) activities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline/ CRM data

Partner and Co-Sell Support

  • Collaborate with channel partners and internal stakeholders to support opportunity qualification and development
  • Assist partners throughout the sales cycle by coordinating internal resources and providing sales support where required
  • Support lead generation activities, including prospect identification, market mapping, and opportunity research
  • Facilitate effective collaboration between partners and internal teams to accelerate opportunity conversion

Customer Engagement

  • Participate in meetings with selected end customers alongside senior sales and partner teams
  • Support relationship-building activities to identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Contribute to ensuring a positive customer experience while reinforcing the partner as the primary customer owner

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Industry Growth Leaders, Business Development Hub, Partner Managers to support business objectives
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure effective communication, knowledge sharing, and execution of growth initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, channel management, and commercial growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market information and identify trends.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with good organizational and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
