Trainee Insurance Broker Opportunity in Leeds
Do you hold a degree in a finance or regulated related field? Looking to kickstart a career within the corporate insurance world? Then we have an exciting new opportunity for you as a Trainee Insurance Broker within our high performing Corporate team in Leeds.
About the Opportunity
Joining us as a Trainee Broker means you'll be given all of the tools and support to start your career within the Corporate insurance world. The team you will join is high performing and work on large complex cases. This area of the business has an excellent track record in developing the team and allowing you to flourish. Hard work will be rewarded with career development and growth. Whilst learning you will still earn a basic salary relative to your experience as well as a generous bonus structure. You’ll also be rewarded with all the great benefits of working with the UK's largest independent Insurance Brokers.
Role Responsibilities

- Supporting a designated client portfolio
- Acting as their first point of contact
- Building strong relationships
- Supporting them with queries as they arise

Requirements
About You
- Some knowledge of the Insurance Industry would be helpful but not essential for this role.
- Most important is your ability to bring your best self to work every day to give our clients the best possible experience.
- Be proactive, use your initiative and show us your entrepreneurial spirit.
- This role is only open to people who are expected to graduate in 2026.
- Live within a commutable distance of Leeds City Centre.
- Have a willingness to learn and be curious.
- Confidence to work with clients both on the phone and face to face, so some experience in customer service is important too.
- Work well with your team, have a positive outlook, be engaging, collaborative, and have the resilience to adapt to whatever changes come your way. It never gets boring here.
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity, not only is this essential within a financially regulated organisation, but it’s also just the right way to be.
