Following continued growth, exciting project wins and the ongoing expansion of our interiors team, we’re looking for a talented Graduate Interior Designer to join us in our Leeds Studio.
As a Graduate Interior Designer in the C&W Interiors team, you will support the design and delivery of exciting projects across a range of sectors, working alongside experienced designers and project teams to create thoughtful, innovative and high-quality interior environments. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, gain exposure to all stages of the design process and build a successful career within a growing interiors team.

This role is ideal if you want to:
- Develop your design, technical and project delivery skills across a variety of projects.
- Contribute to concept development, space planning, visualisation and presentation work.
- Learn from experienced designers and gain exposure to client-facing projects.
- Assist in the production of drawing packages, presentations and project documentation.
- Build a strong understanding of the interior design process from brief through to completion.
What you will bring to the team:
- A passion for design and a desire to create inspiring and functional interior environments.
- Strong communication and organisational skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- An eye for detail and a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, or a willingness to develop these skills.
- BA (or equivalent) in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or a related design discipline.
- 0-3 years' experience within an interior design or architectural practice, including relevant placement experience.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while taking ownership of individual tasks and responsibilities.
