About The Role
As a Graduate Internal Sales Engineer, you will support the UK & Ireland sales team and work closely with customers and colleagues throughout the project lifecycle.
You will learn how to transform customer requirements into practical technical solutions while gaining experience in project development, quotation preparation, product selection and customer support. The role is designed to provide structured development and excellent progression opportunities.
What You Will Do
From your first day, you will be involved in:
- Supporting the preparation of technical quotations, proposals and customer presentations.
- Assisting in the design and selection of cooling and heat exchange solutions.
- Working with experienced engineers on live customer projects.
- Learning how to manage projects from design through specification and order execution.
- Supporting the external sales team and maintaining customer relationships.
- Using engineering and selection software to develop tailored solutions.
- Assisting with order fulfilment and project coordination.
- Providing first-level technical support and developing your customer-facing skills.
- Contributing to Salesforce updates and sales reporting activities.

You Should Have
We welcome talented graduates who are eager to learn and build a career in engineering and technical sales.
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering or a similar discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn and develop technical expertise.
- A passion for sustainability, technology, infrastructure or engineering solutions.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- A proactive, self-motivated and customer-focused attitude.
