Graduate Project Officer Intern (University of Lincoln Graduates Only)
The University of Lincoln is offering 7 Graduate Project Experience Internships—12-month opportunities designed for recent graduates to gain meaningful professional experience in a supportive university environment. These roles are based at Brayford Pool and focus on enhancing the student journey through strategic projects across key professional service areas, including:
- Student Registry Services
- Campus Experience
- Digital Services
About the Role
As a Graduate Project Officer Intern, you’ll collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders, bringing innovative perspectives to projects that improve service delivery, student engagement, digital transformation, and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for motivated graduates eager to develop skills, build networks, and make a tangible impact while transitioning into a career.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and supporting strategic and operational projects aimed at enhancing the student experience
- Analysing data, feedback, and service performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Contributing to key university activities, such as student records, assessments, graduation, accommodation, catering, campus services, and digital transformation initiatives
- Creating research, reports, recommendations, guidance, and training materials
- Working cross-functionally with academic and professional services teams to ensure effective project delivery
- Developing innovative solutions to boost operational effectiveness, digital capability, sustainability, and student satisfaction

Requirements
This exclusive opportunity is open to University of Lincoln graduates who completed their studies within the last two years. We’re looking for applicants with:
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities
- Good digital literacy
- Attention to detail
- A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach
- A passion for continuous improvement
Details
- Duration: 12-month fixed-term internship
- Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week)
- Salary: £25,949 per annum
- Location: Brayford Pool, University of Lincoln
