Job Title

Graduate Journalist (x3) – London Editorial Team

About the Company

At FlightGlobal, part of ProMedia, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, international environment where quality, ownership, and initiative are core values. With over 117 years of aviation expertise, we connect the global aviation industry through trusted insight, data, and events. As a subscription-led, commercially ambitious, and editorially independent organisation, we’re seeking the next generation of aviation journalists to join us.

About the Role

We are recruiting three ambitious and intellectually curious Graduate Journalists to join our London editorial team.

This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates aiming to build a career in aviation and aerospace journalism, one of the world’s most dynamic and globally significant industries. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced editors and reporters, contributing to breaking news, in-depth features, and analysis relied upon by senior executives in aviation and aerospace.

You’ll gain exposure to:

  • Major international air shows
  • Industry conferences
  • Financial results briefings
  • Interviews with senior leaders

Responsibilities

Your role will encompass:

  • Researching, writing, and publishing accurate and timely news content for FlightGlobal.com
  • Supporting features and analysis for Flight International and other editorial products
  • Monitoring airline, defence, and aerospace developments, including financial and regulatory updates
  • Conducting interviews with executives, analysts, and industry stakeholders
  • Assisting with live coverage at global events and air shows
  • Contributing ideas for newsletters, podcasts, and digital content
  • Ensuring the highest standards of editorial integrity, balance, and accuracy
  • Driving social media coverage for your assigned vertical

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
