What You'll Be Doing
You'll begin by learning the fundamentals of customer acquisition through direct customer engagement. You'll develop confidence in communication, problem-solving, and representing established brands professionally.
As your experience grows, you'll receive additional responsibility and coaching, gaining insight into campaign management, team performance, and leadership development.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Speaking directly with customers and building positive relationships
- Representing leading telecom and energy brands professionally
- Developing communication, sales, and customer acquisition skills

- Supporting the development of new team members as you progress

The Opportunity
This is a self-employed position with an uncapped commission structure, allowing you to directly influence your earnings. Many of our highest performers regularly exceed the advertised OTE, with flexibility, progression, and earning potential being some of the most rewarding aspects of the opportunity.
