We are particularly interested in hearing from Psychology graduates who are looking to gain specialist experience supporting children with additional needs.
The role will involve supporting pupils with:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- ADHD
- Moderate Learning Difficulties
- Speech and Language Needs
- SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs)
- Anxiety and Emotional Regulation Difficulties
Working as a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide tailored support both inside and outside the classroom, helping pupils develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A degree from a Russell Group University, Oxford, Cambridge, or another top university
- A strong academic background, ideally with a 2:1 classification or above
- A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
- An interest in pursuing a teaching or education-related career
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to inspire, motivate, and engage pupils
- A proactive, positive, and resilient attitude
- Previous experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
