Day-to-Day
Your daily activities will include:
- Collaborating with a team of skilled engineers
- Contributing to the design and development of innovative engineering solutions
- Gaining exposure to real-world projects
- Attending client meetings, visiting project sites, and working on diverse tasks to build a strong foundation in building services engineering
Responsibilities
As a Graduate Engineer, you will:
- Assist in the design of heating, cooling, ventilation, electrical distribution, and lighting systems
- Support energy modelling and utility applications
- Produce engineering drawings using AutoCAD
- Prepare technical reports and obtain supplier quotations
- Attend site surveys and design team meetings with senior engineers
- Conduct research to support project delivery
- Provide general administrative support as required

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Controls, or similar), ideally achieving a 2:1 or above
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning
- A full UK driving licence (desirable but not essential)
