Graduate Management Programme – Field Marketing & Leadership
BasePoint | Full-time | London (On-site)
Compensation: £25,000 – £45,000
Overview
Most graduate schemes make you wait your turn. This one hands you a team.
BasePoint delivers face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns for major UK household brands — including EE, BT, and British Gas. We're looking for graduates who want real management exposure and earnings tied to output, not tenure, starting in year one.
The Programme
This isn't a rotation or a shadowing scheme. From day one you're in the field, learning how our campaigns run, and building toward a leadership role. Roughly:
- Months 1–3: Field training — learning the business from the ground up
- Months 3–6: Performance recognition — top performers begin mentoring newer team members
- Months 6–12: Leadership track — coordinating campaigns and taking ownership of team results

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
