About United Media

United Media (https://www.united-media.com/) is focused on building large-scale industry media and conference products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, and more. To date, we have organically launched six companies and acquired one.

Your Responsibilities

Your role will be dynamic, with core responsibilities including:

  • Driving projects to grow new companies, such as:
    • Starting new ventures
    • Creating impactful marketing operations
    • Crafting and executing sales strategies
    • Recruiting high-performing A+ teams
  • Developing industry expertise to create and implement effective strategies.
  • Actively driving expansion and operational excellence.

While no specific prior experience is required (training is provided), the ideal candidate must have:

  • A UK work permit (essential).
  • A relentless drive to achieve excellence in their work.
  • An unparalleled work ethic and a high sense of urgency.
  • Proactive mindset—take full ownership of all tasks and follow through on commitments.
  • A passion for people with strong relation-building skills (speaking, networking, nurturing connections).
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).

Start Date & Location

  • Flexible start date.
  • Onsite position (Monday–Friday), based in our Buckingham Gate office in London.
  • We work at a fast pace and collaborate in person to create market-leading, unmatched events throughout the year. We’d love for you to be part of the team.
