Graduate Management Programme - Field Marketing & Leadership
About the Role
BasePoint | Full-time | London (On-site) 💰 Compensation: £30,000 – £60,000 OTE
Most graduate schemes make you wait. This one doesn’t. BasePoint runs face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns for major UK household brands—such as EE, BT, and British Gas.
We’re looking for graduates who are ready to lead, not delay. If you want real management exposure, a team to develop, and earnings tied to your output—from the very first year—this is a unique opportunity.
The Programme
This scheme is nothing like a traditional rotation or shadowing role. From day one, you’ll be in the field, learning how campaigns operate, and developing the skills needed for team leadership:
- Months 1–3: Field training — learning the business, mastering customer engagement, and refining campaign execution
- Months 3–6: Performance recognition — top performers support and mentor newer colleagues
- Months 6+: Leadership track — coordinating campaigns, managing teams, and taking full ownership of results
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
