Graduate Management Trainee Programme

Our Graduate Management Trainee Programme is designed to provide practical experience across key areas of marketing, business operations, and leadership. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining valuable exposure to campaign management, client engagement, team development, and business strategy. Through structured training and ongoing mentorship, you'll build the knowledge and confidence needed to progress into management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of face-to-face marketing campaigns, ensuring activities meet client objectives and deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of promotional events, from preparation through to on-site support.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends, customer insights, and potential business opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance, compile feedback, and contribute ideas to improve future marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in structured training sessions, coaching, and professional development programmes designed to strengthen leadership, communication, and management skills.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to support business growth and achieve team objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • A genuine enthusiasm for marketing, business, and professional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with a variety of people.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to learning.
  • Self-motivated, positive, and eager to take on new challenges.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, events, or marketing is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
