Annual OTE: £36,000 - £45,000+ Full Time Southampton, Hampshire, England

At Grey Bridge, we develop future leaders through practical experience, not theory alone. Our human-to-human approach to customer acquisition focuses on genuine, face-to-face interaction, helping brands grow through trust, clarity, and consistency. Working alongside established organisations within the telecom and energy sectors, you will learn how modern customer acquisition operates at a professional level.

This Graduate Management Trainee opportunity is designed for someone who wants to build real commercial awareness and step into leadership with a strong foundation. From day one, you will be immersed in the core of the business, learning how results are generated, how teams perform, and how leaders are developed.

Whether you are a recent graduate or simply at the beginning of your professional journey, this is an opportunity to accelerate your development in an environment where progression is earned through performance.

What Will You Be Doing?

You will start by developing a strong understanding of customer acquisition through direct interaction. This is not about scripts or pressure. It is about learning how to communicate effectively, understand people, and represent brands with confidence.

As your consistency improves, your responsibilities will naturally expand. You will gain exposure to the wider business, including how campaigns are managed, how performance is tracked, and how individuals transition into leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
