Key Responsibilities:
- Support the coordination of daily operational activities and team workflows.
- Assist with monitoring team performance and productivity objectives.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of internal projects and initiatives.
- Help organise schedules, priorities, and workload distribution.
- Track performance metrics and assist with reporting activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Build leadership skills through practical involvement in team management activities.
- Work closely with senior team members to develop a comprehensive understanding of business operations.
