About The Company:

Follion UK Limited is a Creative, Innovative and Dynamic Company. The Founder/CEO had conducted numerous Innovative Research in Business and Technology cutting across different sectors. The Company now requires Creative, Innovative, and Dynamic Human Resources in various fields to execute various projects in our United Kingdom Office.

Available Position:

We are seeking highly motivated experienced Graduate Management team to oversee the daily business and operations of our organization. The successful candidates will be responsible for leading a team of employees, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree in any field of study
  • Minimum of One year’s experience in any field e.g Business, IT, Construction, Health, Logistics and Public Services.
  • Excellent Customer Service, Leadership and Communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, creative, innovative and dynamic environment without supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Postgraduate Graduate Degree.
  • Multi-lingual (Ability to speak other languages apart from English Language)
  • Full UK Driving Licence or Equivalent.
