Graduate Management Trainee
Location: London, United Kingdom (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent

We're looking for ambitious graduates who are eager to develop practical business skills and progress into management. As a Graduate Management Trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience across customer acquisition, campaign delivery, team development, and business operations while working alongside experienced leaders.
This entry-level opportunity is designed to help you build the commercial, communication, and leadership skills needed to grow within a fast-paced sales and marketing environment.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the delivery of face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns on behalf of our clients.
- Representing nationally recognised brands while building positive customer relationships.
- Learning customer acquisition strategies and developing practical sales and communication skills.
- Assisting with the coordination of daily team activities and operational objectives.
- Working alongside experienced managers to develop leadership, coaching, and organisational skills.
- Supporting the onboarding and development of new team members as you progress.
- Monitoring personal and team performance while contributing towards shared goals.

What we're looking for
- A recent graduate or someone with an equivalent level of education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, professional approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Previous experience is helpful but not required
Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, events, or sales is beneficial but not essential, as full training and ongoing mentorship are provided.
