Graduate Management Trainee - Exeter

Graduate Management Training Programme

As fast-track routes to management go, few can be faster than our award-winning Graduate Management Training Programme. Through hands-on experience and excellent training, our Management Trainees can progress to Branch Manager in one of our retail operations in as little as two years. In fact, most of our senior leaders began their careers in this very role—including our current CEO.


About the Role

From day one, we’ll invest in you. You’ll be in a supportive environment where you’ll take on real responsibilities and gain invaluable hands-on experience in:

  • Customer service
  • Sales
  • Marketing
  • Finance
  • Operations
  • And more.

After a classroom-based orientation session, you’ll be based in one of our branches, gaining practical experience in our operations and developing essential skills—from sales, marketing and account management, to coaching, mentoring and leadership.
