You have finished university or your last project? The question now is what you build with it.
At Instant Connections, we offer a graduate pathway designed for those who want more than observation. This is for someone who wants to develop practical skills, take on responsibility early, and progress based on performance rather than time served.
About Instant Connections
We specialise in human to human marketing, working with established brands to deliver customer acquisition through direct engagement. Our environment is built on communication, consistency, and measurable growth. We do not separate learning from doing. Development happens through real exposure, real responsibility, and ongoing support from experienced leaders.
About the Programme
The Graduate Development Programme is structured to take you from foundational skills into leadership and management. You will begin by learning the core of the business through direct involvement in sales and marketing campaigns. From there, you will gain exposure to team development, recruitment, and client interaction, building a well rounded understanding of how a growing organisation operates. Progression is based on your ability to apply what you learn.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
