About the Role
As part of our award-winning Graduate Management Training Programme, you'll progress quickly with hands-on experience and top-notch training. Many of our senior leaders, including our current CEO, began in this role. With strong support, management trainees can move to Branch Manager in as little as two years.
From day one, we invest in you with real responsibilities and invaluable experience in:
- Customer service
- Sales
- Marketing
- Finance
- Operations
Program Overview
Training & Development
- Classroom-based orientation
- 8 to 12 months of on-the-job training in one of our branches
- Skill-building in areas such as:
- Sales
- Marketing and account management
- Coaching and mentoring
- Leadership
