The Opportunity
At Hellios, we are excited to welcome dynamic and enthusiastic University Graduates to participate in our comprehensive 12-month Graduate Management Development Programme. This initiative is designed to foster your growth by enhancing your knowledge, technical skills, commercial acumen, and self-assurance through immersive placements within key departments, guided by our experienced Senior Management Team.
Throughout this program, you will delve into various business areas, gaining invaluable hands-on experience while honing practical skills. We recognise that transitioning from student life to your first career role can be overwhelming. However, at Hellios, we appreciate the significance of work-life balance. As part of our commitment to your well-being, we offer blended working arrangements to support your success and well-being.
Your journey will encompass a diverse array of placements across multiple departments, including but not limited to:
- Customer engagement & support

Key Requirements:
- University Graduate with a 2:2 Degree or above
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and team player
- Keen interest to develop your business acumen
- An interest in environmental impact helps
- Looking for experience to help hone interests into a career pathway
- Warm and ambitious person to fit in the expanding team culture
