Job summary:

The Opportunity

At Hellios, we are excited to welcome dynamic and enthusiastic University Graduates to participate in our comprehensive 12-month Graduate Management Development Programme. This initiative is designed to foster your growth by enhancing your knowledge, technical skills, commercial acumen, and self-assurance through immersive placements within key departments, guided by our experienced Senior Management Team.

Throughout this program, you will delve into various business areas, gaining invaluable hands-on experience while honing practical skills. We recognise that transitioning from student life to your first career role can be overwhelming. However, at Hellios, we appreciate the significance of work-life balance. As part of our commitment to your well-being, we offer blended working arrangements to support your success and well-being.

Your journey will encompass a diverse array of placements across multiple departments, including but not limited to:

  • Customer engagement & support
  • Service delivery & customer relationship management

Key Requirements:

  • University Graduate with a 2:2 Degree or above
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and team player
  • Keen interest to develop your business acumen

  • Looking for experience to help hone interests into a career pathway
  • Warm and ambitious person to fit in the expanding team culture
