Responsibilities

As a trainee, you’ll participate in and lead critical functions to at branch level:

  • Customer Service

    • Deliver exceptional experiences by:
      • Handling reservations
      • Resolving enquiries
      • Building rapport with diverse customers
  • Sales & Marketing

    • Connect with local business partners
    • Develop professional networks and lasting relationships
  • Financial Control & Profitability

    • Gain financial awareness, such as:
      • Cost control
      • Profit and loss statement interpretation
  • Operations & Logistics

    • Learn fleet management and strategic planning
  • Leadership & Development

    • Mentor, train, and develop team members
    • Manage and grow your team as an up-and-coming leader

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • A preferred Bachelor’s degree—considered on merit (professional experience can be substituted)
  • A valid UK or EU full manual driving licence (reasonable adjustments made for eligible applicants with disabilities)
  • No alcohol or drug-related driving offences within the last five years
