GRADUATE MARKETING & AI CONTENT EXECUTIVE

Based at our head office in Normanton, we are looking to appoint a Marketing & AI Content Executive to help drive our digital marketing activity using AI-powered content tools. Reporting to the Project & Development Manager, this is a standalone role, working as part of a wider team from our head office. The role is supported by our creative and leadership teams from Normanton, as well as our offices in Preston and Manchester.

About the role:

This newly created role is ideal for someone who understands marketing fundamentals, enjoys working with AI tools, and can turn ideas into engaging content quickly and consistently.

You will use AI platforms to generate blogs, LinkedIn posts, website copy, email campaigns and other marketing materials, editing, refining and publishing content across our channels while ensuring all content aligns with our brand, tone of voice and business goals.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A degree level qualification that included some focus on Marketing
  • Basic digital marketing knowledge
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Jasper
  • Experience with WordPress or CMS platforms
  • Basic design or video editing skills
  • Ability to make efficient use of AI tools e.g. to accelerate marketing output
  • Ability to generate well-written content that still feels human and on-brand
  • Strong writing and organisation skills
  • A creative and proactive mindset

Any experience with LinkedIn marketing, SEO and content scheduling tools would be beneficial.

What we are offering:

  • A working week of 35.75 hours, Monday-Friday (8:45am – 5:15pm with a 3pm finish on a Friday)
  • An entry level annual salary of between £26k - £28k
  • Generous annual leave of 27 days plus bank holidays
