Role Summary:

We're looking for a curious, organised and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our fast-paced marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their marketing career to learn from experienced marketers, gain exposure to multiple areas within marketing, and build skills to support future success.

Along the way, you'll gain hands-on experience with industry-leading marketing tools and channels, including our CRM platform, Insider. You'll learn how to conduct A/B testing, analyse campaign performance and support activity across email, SMS, push notifications and print. No two days are the same, making this the perfect role for someone who loves variety, is eager to learn and wants to make an impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across product, email, SMS, push notifications, print and direct mail.
  • Work with our Buying and Marketing teams to develop product sampling, promotional activity and customer engagement initiatives that drive sales and product discovery.
  • Collaborate with our in-house creative team to bring campaigns to life, from briefing and planning through to execution.
  • Keep up to date with customer trends, competitor activity and market developments, sharing insights and ideas with the wider team.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across the business to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly, identify opportunities for improvement and help solve challenges as they arise.
  • Partner with our Insight team to understand campaign performance, turning data into learnings that shape future marketing activity.
  • Develop an understanding of marketing budgets and financial processes by helping track spend and invoices.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Thorough attention to detail and experience of checking content for errors
  • Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities at one time
  • Self-motivated, learns autonomously and detail-orientated
  • You’ll be a fast learner, with a can-do attitude
  • Results-driven - ensuring that marketing campaigns fulfil strategic goals and drive required business results. You’ll have a strong analytical mind and like using data to inform decisions
  • You’re excited to learn more about the different aspects of marketing.

What we offer

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Our core working hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm, however, we offer flexibility. You will be based in our Putney office but we have a hybrid working environment, with two days in the office required, on site, per week.
