What You’ll Do
- Learn and deliver customer engagement campaigns from the ground up
- Develop confident, persuasive pitching and communication skills
- Work towards and exceed weekly performance targets
- Take part in morning meetings and team development sessions
- Build practical marketing experience beyond theory and textbooks
- Take on early leadership responsibility as you progress
- Build the foundations for managing your own team and campaigns
