We're looking for a Graduate Marketing Manager to lead roadmaps for strategic marketing initiatives. You'll begin with 2 core rotations to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business and develop your skills.
During your regional rotation, you'll work closely with local marketers to create tailored campaigns that adapt our global strategies to local markets. Then in your channel-focused rotation, you'll develop cutting-edge marketing strategies by working with teams focused on branding, media buying, events, and partnerships.
Exceptional talent can receive a fast-track promotion in as early as 12 months, after completing the probationary period.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Working closely with local marketers to create tailored marketing efforts and adapt global strategies to local markets
- Collaborating with team members to develop forward-thinking marketing strategies (recent campaigns include Audi Revolut F1 Team, NBA, and Sziget Festival)
- Leveraging analytical skills to influence key growth decisions and measure performance by monitoring and interpreting KPIs
- Staying ahead in the field by working on the latest industry trends
- Improving your planning abilities by creating comprehensive roadmaps for marketing initiatives
- Supporting initiatives across different regions and channels to drive growth

What You'll Need
- Fluency in Danish, Finnish, and/or Norwegian
- To have graduated in 2024 or 2025 from a top university
- A minimum GPA of 60% (UK) or 8/10 in any other country
- Prior evidence of interest in entrepreneurship, tech, or marketing
- Solid project management skills and impeccable attention to detail
- Creative storytelling skills and a keen interest in developing data and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full-time availability from June 2026
Nice to Have
- Previous internship experience at a well-known, selective non-tech company, such as a Tier-1 strategy consultancy (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or an investment bank/private equity firm
- Knowledge of the retail banking industry (e.g., via consulting)
