Job Title: Graduate Marketing Trainee

Location: Milton Keynes (On-Site)
Schedule: Full-time, Immediate Start Available

About Us

At Relay Direct, we understand that traditional entry-level corporate structures can be frustrating. Many companies demand years of experience for "entry-level" roles, or keep ambitious graduates trapped in administrative loops. We do things differently. We are a high-growth sales and marketing agency that prioritizes raw talent, coachability, and work ethic over a long CV.

The Role

The Graduate Marketing Trainee role is an immersive, practical program designed to take you from a commercial beginner to an operational business leader. You will start at the grassroots level, mastering the fundamentals of direct marketing, face-to-face consumer acquisition, and brand positioning. As you smash your initial performance targets, you will quickly progress into our leadership curriculum, learning the mechanics of campaign management, team dynamics, public speaking, and business operations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
