About the Role
For ambitious, collaborative designers, this is a rare opportunity to shape visual direction, refine your craft, and elevate global work at scale. You’ll deliver fast, high-impact visual assets across paid/organic social media, product launches, marketing campaigns, collaborative tools, and impactful stakeholder presentations—all while mastering your expertise, balancing pace and precision, and leveraging AI to expand creative boundaries.
Responsibilities
- Own the visual quality of every deliverable, from brief conceptualization to flawless execution, across all creative touchpoints.
- Deep dive into specialisation—whether motion, graphic design, or illustration—and cultivate broadening expertise in complementary fields.
- Integrate AI into workflows: prototype concepts rapidly, optimize creative exploration tools, and accelerate production output for multiple projects.
- Deliver under pressure with artistic integrity—achieve high-volume, high-quality work without compromising craftsmanship.
- Context-rich problem-solving—match creative decisions to project goals, target audiences, and measurable success metrics.
- Carve growth opportunities—identify gaps, flag unseen potential, and propose initiatives to amplify the strategic impact of your work.

Compensation Scale (determined by location and expected impact):
- London (NGP) / London Market Salary Base: £56,345 - £151,436
- Other EMEA Locations: €54,346 - €145,430
- Equity eligibility for permanent hires; discounted option prices included.
- For exceptional candidates, we may offer compensation beyond standard ranges to reflect proven high-value contributions.
Work Arrangements
- Full-time contract (Permanent or Fixed-Term)
- Primary office presence mandatory during your first few months in Milan (for all new hires).
- Options to work offline or remotely thereafter (approved locations apply).
