Overview Of Role
The role involves the development and support of new and existing products, specializing in Mobile Apps Development.
- You will be working with C# and Xamarin.Forms /.Net MAUI solutions, alongside gaining exposure to backend monitoring services.
- You will gain broad exposure across the business by contributing to a diverse portfolio of projects.
- You will collaborate closely with the Embedded Systems Development Team, QA Team, and Software development team.
- You will participate in modern development techniques such as Agile.
- You will help ensure that all products are fully unit tested so they meet all aspects of functionality and performance as defined in the requirements specification.
- You will follow a tailored onboarding plan and receive direct, weekly mentorship from senior engineers to level up your C# and MAUI skills.
Who are you?
- You hold a Degree (or have an expected graduation date) or equivalent in Software Engineering or a related course.
- You have a strong desire to build a career in mobile application development or purpose-built devices.
- You possess foundational knowledge or academic experience in C#, Xamarin.Forms, Xamarin and/or.Net Maui.
- You will be a proactive individual who can work both independently and as part of a team, you will have a keen appetite for learning new skills with a detailed and analytical approach to your work.
- Communicating effectively both verbal and in writing will be a key skill along with strong problem solving and organisation skills.
- You are detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

- Working Model: Whilst the role is considered site based we do embrace hybrid working. Working between 3 and 5 days a week in our Leicester office based on business needs.
