Multinational Insurance Network Manager – Marsh – Bristol
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Multinational Corporate Team as a Multinational Network Manager. This is the perfect role for someone with a strong educational background with ambitions to join an established, market-leading global insurance broker.
Within this role, you will have the opportunity to join our exciting Corporate practice, where you will be supporting a team of experts on selecting and acquiring the optimum insurance programme; as well as working with a team of experienced Client Advisors and Executives on understanding our clients' business, the challenges they face, their risks, and what value looks like for them. As you progress through the training programme, you will then be in a position to learn how to advise on the best course of action for our clients' risk management and work with the broking teams to manage and optimize our value proposition.
This position is located in our Bristol offices and the successful individual will have the opportunity to split their working week between the physical office and remote working.
Working within an established team as part of a prominent global broker allows you to further develop your career whilst opening the door to myriad of opportunities in the future with Marsh.

We Will Count On You To
- Complete Insurance Practitioner qualifications, achieving accreditation from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
- Liaise with multinational clients and insurers to ensure global programs are issued, paid, and all documents uploaded to the Marsh Network Workflow Management Tool.
- Provide a wide range of administration functions across several client accounts.
- Coordinate the set-up of all new clients on the Marsh Network Workflow Management Tool.
- Assist with responding to day-to-day Multinational client insurance and risk queries with support from the Multinational Advisory Practice Team.
- Track local policy issuance and premium payments and ensure all regulatory payment deadlines are adhered to.
- Maintain up-to-date contact listings – client and local broker as required.
- Coordinate the issuance of Network policy instructions via the Marsh Network Workflow Management Tool.
What You Need To Have
- Degree level educated (minimum 2:1) with a desire to move into the insurance industry.
- Right to Work in the UK or Republic of Ireland (no visa sponsorship provided).
