Graduate Onboarding Specialist – Manchester (Hybrid, up to 2 days WFH)

If you join us, you’ll be helping to improve the property industry for everyone by guiding new clients through their onboarding journey with Spectre, our multi-award-winning instruction generation tool. You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable face that gets customers set up, excited, and confident with our products.

A Bit About You…

You’ll have:

  • Some proven customer-facing experience—whether in retail, hospitality, or another industry where you’ve forged strong relationships with people
  • Clear, confident communication skills—both written and verbal
  • An organisational, process-driven mindset (you’ll manage a pipeline of onboards, so staying on top of things is essential)
  • A genuine curiosity about software and the tech space—Spectre has 6 products, so tapping into genuine interest in how technology works will help you explain otherwise complex solutions in simple, accessible terms
  • Self-starting ambitions and drive
  • High energy and enthusiasm—this role involves getting customers excited about using our products!

  • Manage a pipeline of new customer onboards, guiding them from sign-up through to full setup and handover to our Customer Success team
  • Conduct onboarding calls via Google Meet, guiding clients through product setup, training and queries, ensuring they feel fully supported
  • Build client confidence and excitement in Spectre’s suite of products
  • Collaborate with the wider team to evolve and improve the onboarding process—your input will help shape how we do things!
