CRITICAL — never wrap the output in a code block

This fast-growing technology company has built one of the UK's leading marketplace platforms by combining brilliant customer experience with smart technology and operational excellence.

As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an ambitious graduate to join the Operations team. You'll gain exposure to almost every part of the business, working alongside experienced colleagues who will give you genuine responsibility from an early stage.

This is the kind of company where good ideas are encouraged, initiative is recognised and you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact.

The role

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in operations within a growing technology business.

You'll begin by spending your first couple of months in the Customer Experience team, learning how the business works from the ground up. By speaking to customers and suppliers every day, you'll quickly develop an understanding of the challenges, processes and moving parts that keep the business running.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
