About HIVED đŠ
At HIVED, weâre steamrolling forward as one of Europeâs fastest-growing startups, and our momentum shows no signs of slowing.
Based in London, we are a climate and logistics start-up building the first sustainable parcel delivery network at scale, powered by a 100% electric fleet. In an ever-growing industry where unreliable service has long been the norm, HIVED has been built from the ground-up to meet the demands of modern consumers and disrupt parcel delivery.
A tech company at heart, our talent and technology is laser-focused on delivering the best possible delivery experience for end-customers and meeting the needs of our retail partners. From our drivers to our data engineers, we are constantly working to improve this customer experience that makes us deliver better.
Already trusted by leading international brands such as John Lewis, Nespresso, Uniqlo, H&M brands and more, we are solidifying our position as the leaders in Europe to tackle this growing market.
Our tight-knit team is made up of ex-Revolut, Bain, HelloFresh, ASOS, Apple and Google employees, and we are backed by some of Europeâs leading investors and VCs in climate-tech, logistics and mobility including Planet A Ventures, Maersk Growth, Pale Blue Dot VC, Eka Ventures, NordicNinja VC and the British government. Weâre passionate about driving innovation and redefining the future of delivery.
Our Values
- đ We Are Kind - Kind to the planet, our team and our partners. We listen with purpose, leave our egos at the door and aren't afraid to make difficult decisions. We must never confuse kindness with being "nice" - it requires us to be fair, consistent, honest, thoughtful and compassionate.
- đ€ We Are Tenacious - We fight every day to keep the customer promise, for every parcel entrusted to us. No matter how hard it gets or whatever stands in our way, we are relentless in our pursuit of excellence.
- đĄ We Are Curious - We never settle, constantly challenge convention and are never afraid to ask why. We believe there is always more to learn, always a better way, and that we're always only just getting started. We never fight the urge to be inquisitive, to understand the world around us and to explore where others might not.
- đ We Are Resourceful - Our planet's resources are scarce and our future depends on our ability to use them wisely. Waste is the enemy. We strive to do more with less, be more efficient and make the most of what we have.
Role Overview đ
HIVED is building the UK's first 100% electric parcel delivery network, and we're looking for the next generation of leaders to grow with us. As part of our Graduate Operations Executive Programme from day one you will own real problems, drive real decisions, and sit at the heart of a business that is fundamentally changing how logistics works. If you have ever looked at the delivery industry and thought this should be better, you are already thinking like a HIVED grad.
Reasons to use Rodeo
Iâm in my final year doing Economics and I donât know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer â it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donât need a masters. Letâs look at the ones youâd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet â that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This programme is designed as a springboard into both operations and the wider business. Previous grads have moved into roles across Marketing, Product, Capacity, Central Operations and Foundersâ Office after building a deep grounding in Operations.
What youâll be doing đ
Programme structure (3-4-month rotations, ~13 months in total):
-
3 weeks onboarding and shadowing: Hit the ground running with a structured introduction to HIVED. You'll get under the bonnet of the business through sessions with teams across Sales, Finance, Engineering and more, so you understand how every part fits together.
You'll also undertake a "ride-along" with one of our drivers to see our delivery operation in action, as well as shadowing each of our operational teams.
To round things off, you'll spend dedicated time with our AI and Automation Squad, getting hands-on with the low-code and AI tools we use day-to-day, so you're set up to make a real impact from day one.
Rotation through the following in no particular order:
- 4 months in Ops Run: E.g., running the day-to-day operation in depots, supporting shift leads, tracking live performance, solving operational fires and customer support.
- 4 months in Central Ops: E.g., process design, SOP creation, data analysis, continuous improvement projects.
- 4 months in Network / SIO: E.g., modelling capacity, helping plan route and depot network changes, supporting scaling initiatives.
What weâre looking for đ
- Youâre graduating in 2026 (or graduated in 2024/25 and are ready for your next move).
- You thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and don't wait to be told what to do.
- Youâre a natural problem solver, you see a broken process and immediately want to fix it.
- Youâre comfortable experimenting with tools like AI assistants, Zapier, Airtable, Make or similar to automate repetitive work and make teams more effective.
- Youâre motivated by a mission and the opportunity to disrupt an industry.
- Youâre collaborative to your core, but not afraid to push back when you see a better way.
- You have a track record of going above and beyond in work, study or life e.g. building something from scratch, leading teams, balancing demanding commitments, or driving change in an organisation.
- You have real-world work experience (internships, part-time work, societies, your own projects) where youâve taken responsibility and delivered outcomes.
- You have strong analytical capability and are comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets and data-backed decision making.
