About The Job

Graduate Operations Manager (Property & Social Housing)

Location: Milton Keynes with on site visits mandatory

Salary: Competitive + Development Opportunities

Looking for a career, not just your first job?

We're looking for an ambitious graduate who wants to build a long-term career in property and social housing. This isn't a role where you'll spend years making coffee or sitting in meetings. From day one you'll be trusted with real responsibility, working alongside senior leaders and helping shape how we deliver services to our residents, local authority partners and wider communities.

We're not expecting you to know everything about housing. What matters is your attitude, your ability to organise people and projects, and your desire to learn. If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and taking ownership, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Graduate Operations Manager, you'll support and lead key operational areas including:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective local authority partners.
  • Helping deliver an outstanding customer service experience.
  • Coordinating property voids to ensure homes are ready for new residents as efficiently as possible.
  • Supporting the day-to-day management and organisation of the office.
  • Working with colleagues across the business to improve systems and processes.
  • Supervising projects and coordinating teams to deliver excellent outcomes.
  • Taking ownership of operational improvements as your experience grows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
