Apps IT is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading global consulting organisation for Graduate Oracle Transformation Business Analyst opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious graduates to begin a career in Oracle Cloud and digital transformation, working alongside experienced consultants to deliver business transformation programmes for a range of organisations.

As a Graduate Oracle Transformation Business Analyst, you will gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, supporting business analysis, Oracle Cloud implementations and digital transformation initiatives while developing your technical, analytical and consulting skills.

About the Role

Working as part of experienced project teams, you'll help organisations transform the way they operate using Oracle Cloud technologies. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants and technical specialists to analyse business requirements, improve processes and support successful project delivery from discovery through to implementation and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
  • Support client workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Produce As-Is and To-Be business process maps.
  • Support Oracle Cloud solution configuration and validation.
  • Work with technical teams on integrations and interfaces.
  • Assist with data migration, validation and reconciliation activities.
  • Create functional specifications, user stories and project documentation.
  • Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Track, manage and help resolve project defects.
  • Prepare training materials and user guides.
  • Assist with go-live planning and hypercare activities.
  • Support continuous improvement following project implementation.

About You

Essential

We're looking for graduates who have a Bachelor's degree (minimum 2:1 or equivalent) in:

  • Business Information Systems
  • Information Systems
  • Computer Science
  • Software Engineering
  • Systems Engineering
  • Information Technology
  • Business Analytics
  • Data Analytics
  • Management Information Systems (MIS)
  • Business Management (with a technology or information systems focus)
  • Finance (for ERP/Finance transformation roles)

Desirable

It would be advantageous if you have experience or knowledge of some of the following:

  • Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM or CX)
  • ERP systems through university projects, internships or placements
  • SQL and relational databases
  • Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting
  • Power BI or Tableau
  • Process modelling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart or BPMN
  • APIs and integration concepts
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Agile methodologies
  • Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Oracle University, Business Analysis or Agile certifications
  • Client-facing, internship or consulting experience

Technical

An interest or foundation in areas such as:

  • Business process analysis and modelling
  • Requirements gathering and documentation
  • Functional specifications and user stories
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Data migration concepts
  • Testing and defect management
  • Oracle Cloud technologies
  • Integration concepts
  • Collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Confluence
  • AI capabilities within Oracle Cloud

Following an initial review of applications by Apps IT, shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a Graduate Assessment Day in London (9th or 10th September 2026 – date to be confirmed).

The Assessment Day will give candidates the opportunity to:

  • Take part in interviews and assessment activities.
  • Learn more about the role, onboarding process and career development opportunities.
  • Ask questions about the role and life as a Graduate Oracle Transformation Business Analyst.
