Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Graduate Outcomes (“GO”) and Project Administrator to join our Student and Professional Development team on a part-time basis.
This varied role combines administration, data management, and project coordination. You will support the University's Graduate Outcomes activities by helping to maintain accurate graduate data for submission to HESA and coordinating the Graduate Kickstart Programme, an initiative that supports recent Brunel graduates from underrepresented backgrounds.
Working closely with Student Records, Planning, Alumni Relations, and colleagues across Student and Professional Development, you will help ensure that graduate data is accurate, up to date, and submitted in line with HESA requirements and deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Supporting the annual Graduate Outcomes data collection and submission process.
- Reviewing, validating, and maintaining accurate graduate data using SITS and other University systems.
- Investigating and resolving data quality issues.
- Producing reports and analyzing data using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinating the Graduate Kickstart Programme, which includes student caller recruitment and facilitation of the telephone calling campaign, communications with graduates and coaches, project administration.
- Liaising with colleagues across the University to ensure accurate graduate records.
- Contributing to reports and management information for senior colleagues and University committees.
- Promoting Graduate Outcomes messaging as part of the GO communications plan.
About You
You will be someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and taking pride in producing accurate work.
You Will Have
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills. This is an essential requirement for the role.
- Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong administrative and project coordination experience.
- Confidence working with large datasets and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to work.

Experience of using the SITS student records system would be a distinct advantage. Experience of working within a Higher Education environment is also desirable.
