Rentokil Pest Control – Field Sales Consultant

We're currently seeking a Field Sales Consultant to join our dedicated team at the East Anglia branch, covering King's Lynn, Wisbech, Downham Market, Swaffham and the surrounding areas.

Competitive Salary Package
- Basic salary: £26,269 per annum
- Expected OTE (On-Target Earnings): £37,327 per annum, inclusive of bonus and commission schemes
- Full-time, permanent role (37.5-hour week), Monday to Friday

Field Sales Consultant Role
In this field-based role, you will:
- Visit both new and existing customers, conducting property surveys to assess pest issues
- Tailor preventative and remedial solutions based on individual customer needs
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction with the pest control service
- Manage daily travel, visibility and professionalism required

Requirements
Essential
- Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points
- Self-motivated, target-driven and proactive
- Excellent problem solver with strong critical thinking
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in face-to-face sales with regular customer interactions
- Ability to pass a DBS check contingent on role requirements
