We’re looking for a self-driven professional to join our East Anglia branch (covering King’s Lynn, Wisbech, Downham Market, Swaffham & surrounding areas).

About the Role
As a Field Sales Consultant, you’ll:
- Conduct in-person property surveys for new and existing customers
- Identify pest issues and recommend tailored solutions
- Drive sales by engaging directly with clients
- Maintain excellent customer service to build loyalty
- Achieve target-driven goals with commission opportunities
Daily travel is required, so flexibility and self-motivation are key!
Key Responsibilities
- Visit pest control customers (both new and established)
- Assess properties for pest risks and treatment needs
- Consult with clients to refine pest control strategies
- Upsell products/services through dynamic problem-solving
- Ensure high service satisfaction with Rentokil provision
Requirements
To be eligible:
- Hold a UK driving licence for over 2 years (max. 6 penalty points)
- Be self-motivated & target-oriented
- Have strong problem-solving & communication skills
- Demonstrate experience with face-to-face customer sales (desirable)
- Agree to a DBS check (if required)
No prior pest control experience needed – training provided.
