About the Role
Our ideal candidate is someone who:
- Excels in hands-on, people-facing roles (retail, hospitality, events, or customer service).

Key Responsibilities
You’ll represent leading brands at high-profile London events and retail outlets, delivering outstanding engagement daily. Your core duties include:
- Lead promotional events – Ensure seamless execution, high energy, and exceptional customer experiences.
- Engage customers – Represent brands with authenticity and energy, conversionwithout pressure.
- Boost brand awareness – Drive positive perception through ground-level, memorable interactions.
- Mentor & motivate teams – Help colleagues achieve targets and refine their customer service skills.
- Develop leadership – Gain hands-on experience in team management, performance tracking, and problem-solving.
