Graduate Town Planner

Colchester

Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience

Our client, a growing multi-disciplinary consultancy, are looking to further expand their team by appointing an enthusiastic Graduate Town Planner to work out of their Colchester-based offices. The team currently delivers a range of projects within the housing, mixed use, commercial, and rural sectors.

In this instance, applications are sought from candidates with a relevant BSc/MSc (or equivalent) in a relevant RTPI-accredited degree. Some experience of working within the planning sector, either with a private consultancy or local authority, is highly advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

Within the role, the successful Graduate Town Planner will be assisting senior staff with the preparation of planning applications, appeals, and design and access statements.
