Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You’ll be joining our Platform team, the foundation that keeps both engineering and the wider business moving forward.

The platform team builds the internal infrastructure, tools, and automation that allow our teams to operate efficiently and scale quickly. From supporting internal systems and developer tooling to powering data pipelines and integrations, the platform team ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

As a Graduate Platform Engineer, you’ll work on projects such as:

  • Building internal tools that improve productivity across engineering, product, and growth teams
  • Supporting the infrastructure behind our Growth Marketing Engine and Pulse platform
  • Contributing to data pipelines and integrations with external financial data providers
  • Developing APIs and backend services that support internal systems
  • Building internal AI tools that help teams automate workflows and move faster
