In this Graduate Scheme, you will gain valuable experience in podcast production including development, production, editing, and promotion. In addition to the podcast production, you will also gain experience in video production, marketing, administration, and business planning.

This position is predominantly based at our Podcast Studio in Oxford. However, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly after training.

Responsibilities

You will also be responsible for scheduling new episodes, writing descriptive show notes, and creating promotion assets for the podcasts.
  • Video Production – Join our video production team on shoots to learn how we film podcasts, as well as other video production projects. Get involved with lighting, sound, and camera operation.
  • Marketing – Get involved with the marketing and promotion of our business by creating video and written content for our website and social channels. In addition, you will work closely with our MD to plan and implement future marketing strategies.
  • Administration – Liaise with clients to schedule recording dates and times, manage equipment and logistics, sending microphones to remote guests, provide monthly check-ins with clients to report analytics and opportunities.
  • Business Development – Working closely with the MD around the planning and implementation of the growth strategy for the business, regularly updating the business plan, and creating clear and defined goals focused on business growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
