What you'll be doing
- Teaching within EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your strengths and school requirements.
- Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed.
- Monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
- Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
- Completing your ECT induction in a supportive long-term role where applicable.
We're looking for someone who
- Holds, or is due to achieve, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by Summer 2026.
- Is enthusiastic about making a positive impact in primary education.
- Has strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Is flexible, motivated and eager to continue developing professionally.
- Maintains high expectations for behaviour, learning and achievement.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
