The Role

As a Graduate Primary Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
  • Create a positive, inclusive and inspiring classroom environment.
  • Plan, assess and adapt learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents and school staff.
  • Support pupils to achieve their full academic and personal potential.
  • Complete your ECT induction within a supportive school where applicable.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds, or is due to achieve, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by Summer 2026.
  • Is passionate about primary education and inspiring young learners.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Is enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to continual professional development.
  • Has high expectations for learning, behaviour and pupil achievement.
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
