A welcoming and supportive primary school in Wolverhampton is seeking a dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to gain hands-on experience working with children across the primary age range while developing the skills and confidence needed for a future career in education.

What’s the role?
Support pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 Work alongside class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils reach their full potential Assist with literacy, numeracy and intervention Support pupils' social, emotional and academic development Help create a positive and nurturing learning environment
What are we looking for?
Holds a 2:1 or higher degree in Psychology, Education Studies, English, Maths or a related subject Has a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills Is patient, enthusiastic and adaptable Is considering a future career in teaching or a child-focused profession Experience in working with children desirable
