Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK

📍 Southampton (Full Time, On-Site)

Overview

We are looking for high-potential graduates to join our manufacturing operation and develop into Process Technicians within a fast-paced, high-performance production environment. This is not a typical graduate role. You will be trained to take technical ownership of manufacturing processes, focusing on performance, efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across advanced production equipment. If you are someone who wants responsibility early, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to build a long-term career in the industry, this is a serious opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will go through a structured training programme and develop into a key part of the operation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Working with production, planning, and quality teams to deliver output targets
  • Supporting new product trials and process validation
  • Driving continuous improvement across the operation

This is a hands-on role in a live manufacturing environment.
