The Role
This graduate role reports to our Head of B2C Product and works closely with our engineering team.
The role blends curiosity with execution. You'll imagine better in-store shopping experiences, use AI to rapidly prototype new ideas, and put them in front of real shoppers. You'll iterate quickly based on feedback, identify what delivers genuine value, and work with engineering to refine successful concepts into production-ready features.

What You'll Own
- Own an idea end to end, from initial concept to a proven feature.
- Research market trends, shopper behaviour, and competitor products to inform new concepts.
- Build and iterate on AI-powered prototypes, testing them with real shoppers to validate ideas quickly.
- Work closely with engineering to turn successful prototypes into production-ready features.
About You
Whether it's side projects, apps, websites, or code you’ve written to solve your own problems, you've been building things for as long as you can remember. When you've run into a problem you couldn't solve, your instinct has been to build something. You've got a track record of creating things and seeing them through. At some point, you've gone far beyond what was needed, simply because you couldn't stop thinking about a better solution.
